contract progression stuck

This one is for Engineering - Manufacturing Facility contract, Finishing all tasks in a contract shows "text not loaded" in progression tracker in the upper left. returning to the station to manage contract only allows "Abandon" as an option
I have the same bug

This does appear to have a work around. Save > Exit to Menu > Reload save after this the correct contract progress shows in the progress tracker.
