"TEXT NOT LOADED" is displayed in upper-left corner, instead of assignment instructions. See screenshot.

Quick update... After game restart the next day (patch came out), the text loaded properly. So it's either intermittent, or was corrected.

Saw "TEXT NOT LOADED" again, once completed welding Battery (last task of the mission).
