Objective 1 impossible

I wanted to report a strange bug that's preventing me from progressing through the first mission. I've performed the repairs as directed, including the ore detector, but it still won't let me proceed, saying it needs to be repaired. I'm attaching the zipped folder of my last save; I think it might help. Overall, the game worked well without crashing. I think there's a bug. I'll try starting over again. It looks like a really good game.

Have you repaired the Ore Detector before the objective to do so? The solution is quite easy fortunately, grind the block until it is non-functional and weld it again. !Remember not to grind it completely!
