Need More Information

Just contacting you as I love the game but it plays extremely poor on my system. on any settings the game is running at below 30fps even when i turn the settings all the way down.

my system meets the requirements for the high graphic settings with having a amd 6800xt gpu and a amd ryzen 7 5800x cpu with 32gbs of ram.

It looks like many people with a AMD graphic card experience performance issues with the game.

Read a few topics related to AMD GPU here (https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc/topic/50501-crashed-amd-rx6700xt for example) and of course, if it's on here then it's only the point of the iceberg since most peope won't even take the time to report such problem.

I, myself, have a 6950XT GPU with a 9800x3D CPU and can run everything at maximum if needed. However, be it at minimum or at maximum my GPU usage is always between 96% to 99% nearly all the time and my game freeze every now and then, making it drop to 0% and then going back to 96% whenever it unfreeze. It also freeze up for a couple of seconds whenever the autosave save my game but that's another issue.

All my drivers are up to date (Adrenalin 26.2.1) and all my other drivers and even Windows are all up to date too (no Beta neither there).

It looks like there's a certain lack of optimisation for AMD GPUs with SE2 (SE1 work fine no problem at all). Got SE2 since it's came out (jan 2025) and the problems really started with VS2 to be exact but again VS1 was missing a big chunk of the game to be fair. And even with the freezing I still played more than 110 hours with VS2 so I'm a patient guy here more about stating a fact than crying out loud about the game itself. More optimisation will inevitably come up with future updates for sure and I just wanted to point that out for the developpers so that they can make sure to check about this.
