Ship battery suddenly switched to charge

Flying normally when I completely lost control of the ship, ship spinning and drifting, cockpit panels all off. Eventually found the battery was set to charge, setting back to auto restored control. I wasn't in the control panel prior to control loss. So far has only happened to me the one time.

Could you please provide a blueprint of affected Grid or your Save File? As I could not reproduce this on current Game version: 2.0.2.57.

Thinking back I was switching inertia dampeners on and off a lot while navigating so its possible I pressed some odd key combo.
