Parking a ship on a connector will align but instead of connecting inventories the sometimes just blink yellow and not connect. I though maybe the landing gear was interfering, so I tried powering off the landing gears with no success. I had to restart the game to get them to lock properly.

I've found that occasionally my connectors will line up but not fully connect.

I could not reproduce this issue on current Game version: 2.0.2.51.
