Make 'Alt' key toggle between default flight system and SE1 flight system with mouse 'free look'

As the title says, make the Alt key a toggle, so when you want to use the old way of looking around freely while controlling your ship with the keyboard, or to use the 'Freelancer' way of flying, which I also quite like, you are able to swap between the two as needed.
