Atmospheric thruster sound goes silent

After traveling past the edge of the atmosphere in Verdure (not tested on Kemik) the thruster sounds go silent and never return even after landing on the planet and toggling ship power off/on.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
After 00:25 when the atmospheric thrusters go out there is no more sound of them even if the ship is reentering the planet.
