deleting old save game doesn't delete the game. when reopening se2, old 'pre deleted' save game still shows up every time under load

Despite not having an option to disable cloud. The Game somehow managed to store files to the cloud, and is no longer updating them. as such, steam keeps forcefully restoring deleted saves and blueprints.

This might be a steam cloud issue. As the files do get removed from the folder; only to return later.
