game still crashes on splash screen

I have posted twice about my issue with the game crashing on splash screen. Ive recieved no reply on one and my other was merged with another similar issue. I would like someone at keen to directly take a look at my issue here because at this point I've exhausted all work around or fixes i could find search this site.

from what i understand it seems to be that space engineers 2 is unable to recognize that i have windows 10 and returns a minimum hardware specs not met message at the splash screen.

I have run the SE2 .exe file as administrator as well as removed compatibility mode. Ive even gone in and removed run as administrator as an option to see if this would fix the issue.

I have:

verified game files multiple times and even fresh installed twice.

run the game with the -dx12, -dx11, -dx, no splash screen

I have deleted the temporary files in the app data folder a few times and allowed SE2 to create new ones and then varified.

moved the game between my 2 ssds

disabled overclocking on both my GPU and CPU

disabled firewall, and bit defender

disabled overlays

pulled up properties for the SE2 .exe and ensured its not running in compatibility mode

sent crash reports and logs to this website for analysis

installed updates to windows 10 that provide support past the 2025 move to unsupoort windows 10

updated my nvidia drivers multiple times and rolled them back to previous versions

tech support asked for me to show them the contents of this registry fold, i sent it and recieved no response
