Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but using the Alt+RMB hotkey to quickly send your inventory into a cargo container currently also sends everything from the Consumables Slots on your character. It seems as though they should remain untouched like your tools when using the shortcut.

On SE2, when you Alt-Right click to deposit inventory, any tools higher than Tier 1 also get deposited.

An update to this: ALT+RMB will also take non Mark-I tools out of your inventory, as well, which does seem to be a bug, as baseline Mark-I hand tools stay in your Character Inventory when using ALT+RMB.

But yes, Alt-RMB empties your entire inventory EXCEPT for Tier 1 tools, it seems.

I am super surprised that this doesn't have more votes. Either the players/testers don't know about the shortcut (most likely) or they're all new to SE in general.
EDIT: This still exists after the 12/22/25 update. Figured I'd add that in.
