Game is getting stuck when trying to fix some damaged blocks on the shipwreck.

Shipwreck on the Verdure from one of the contracts. There are some blocks on that grid that are not finished, I can weld them just fine, but if I try to fix damaged ones some of them break the game.
Gameplay freezes completly and welding animation is getting stuck in the infinite loop. Otherwise game looks to be working just fine, but it does not respond to anything. I can't open any menu or cancel welding, I can't move a mouse etc. Only closing the game through task manager or steam and restart helps.
