Crash on new game loading screen

I can start the game and navigate the main menu fine without trouble but when I try to start a new game, it crashes on the loading screen a few seconds later. I have attached the logs. Please let me know if you need any further info.

From the logs you've provided I can see that the Game cannot load a piece of .NET framework library. Please try to reinstall .NET Framework from here: Download .NET Framework 4.8.1 | .NET:
Afterwards, try to start a New Game again. Let me know if this helps.
