Hauling contract, containers spawned in rock

I accepted one of the first contacts called 'Hauling - Supply Base' which requires me to go to a base, and use a ship to move containers into a storage hall.
The issue is that some of the containers spawned deep in rock and I cant get to them. It so early in game that I don't have the drill block either. I did manually drill but it takes ages and when i get to the container it just gets pushed further in.

I have the same situation. Also the ship to build is inside the rock. I drilled around it, finished it, but still cannot move it. Looks like two separate teams did not communicate and one built the base while the second enlarged the planet surface (?).

Similar situation. Seem like two sets of voxels are spawned in the area. Two cargo container are under ground. Drilling with the hand miner either moves them around or destroys them, failing the mission.
Tried it four times, always the same.

Not only did 4 of the 5 containers spawn in the mountain for me, the projected ship also is no where to be found.
