Mining ship started vibrating/shaking

I was mining with the ship, the inventory filled up and the moment it did the ship started shaking a lot. I thought emptying it would solve that problem but it did not. It persists as long as I am inside the cockpit, whether or not the ship is powered on.
I do not know how to stop this issue, I'm still trying to figure it out.

I fixed it and I have an idea of what went wrong. I suspect that when inventory went full a piece of ore got stuck inside the ship in some way, maybe between two parts.
I used fast travel and that fixed it.
