Verdure's atmosphere being visible through voxels is a known issue which is already reported internally. I have added this thread to our internal ticket (SE2-29730).
As for the ghost ore deposits, this issue is already fixed on our internal environments and should be shipped as part of Vertical Slice 2.2.
