Dampeners not working properly

When I hold down forward or backward thrust and I dive or climb, the dampeners for upward and downward thrusters won't activate to correct my direction, it just keeps drifting in the same direction. When I release forward/backward thrust, everything works as intended. This bug seems to only appear whenever I build a ship over a certain PCU (idk if that's even the case). If I build a simple tiny ship, everything works fine. If I make it bigger and/or more detailed this bug appears. It does not happen for ships built by others (from workshop). Only ships I build. I've tried building on different saves, even built a new PC (not because of this), but it still happens. I've had this bug for a long time. It's getting annoying, at least now when we have planets and I keep smashing into the ground. All ships have enough thrusters in all direction, gyros, power etc, so that's not the issue.

I deleted everything related to SE2, installed it again and the bug is still there. It only happens with the grids I build. I got the game when it released, and everything worked fine up until one day this happened with one grid, and then it just kept happening to every other grid I built. Prebuilt ships works fine, and grids from workshop built by others works fine. But mine are bugged. I will attached two videos, one of the prebuilt hydroship and a ship I built just for you. I will also include my save and the ship I built when this bug first time appeared.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be causing this? And if anyone could try the scenario with the yellow ship and see if they have any problems, would be appreciated.
