Can't upload blueprints to steam workshop
Need More Information
When I try to publish a blueprint to the workshop from the blueprints menu, it fails to upload showing the error:
Operation Failed
And unknown error has occurred. Please retry the action.
See log for more details.
I've never uploaded from SE2 before so unsure of how long this has been an issue but it's been happening at least since the 2nd of Dec.

I have the same bug 
Seeing the same thing consistently here. I don't see anything specific in the logs that is conclusive, though I do see an error reference to:
First message: Error: line 650: [Steam UGC]: Steam call SteamUGC.SubmitItemUpdate(handle, string.Empty) failed with error k_EResultFail
I see the same error in your log James, so who knows.

Issues with uploading blueprints to Steam Workshop should now be fixed as of current Game version: 2.0.2.51. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?
