previous destroyed trees spawn again and destroy grids

Hello
in my last session i destroyed a tree so that i can land with the hydrogen ship.
and now when i join this world the tree reappears and damages the ship.
Loading the previous backup where the tree was also destroyed results in the same outcome.
i attached a video of this happening and the world

Noticed something similar on Kemik where breakable stones (not terrain voxels) respawn every login. Also such stones that have structures build within their area auto break immediately on login, but their box is still there and obstructing my path whenever I walk into where one would have been. I suppose it's somewhat related to what you're experiencing.
