Missing Ore spawn, and equipment

there is a missing ore spawn, igther none existing or missing. some rare ocations been found but giving no yeld. Lead, and gold wich should be quite alot on a "normal planet"
i did once find Lead on start after Several re starts, but it gave NO yeld.
and no indications for ores needed for some parts to upgrade handtools. Also early ability to be able to make a Ship Drill, should be possible as it would be one primary technical devise in "Space age" for resources
