Handheld tools don't work in third person

While floating in space at least, the handheld grinder and welder don't actually function in third person view. The animation works but nothing else happens. The drill does work on planets at least in third person.

Now it seems they just work inconsistently in third person.

I just found they were really tough to aim while in 3rd person view, not actually non-functional. Could be totally different for you, ofc, but might be worth checking
