Destruction Physics Not Working

I have attempted to create block destruction with other ships after crashing the red ship through the blue ship, which resulted in a crash. After that occurred, the destructions physics seem to have stopped for all grids, even after reloading the world.

Colliding two Grids no longer causes destruction physics to stop functioning. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?
