Constant speed after Crashing ship inside of cockpit

I'm stuck in a 4m/s speed after ramming an asteroid head on, with what was left of my made ship. This was after already crashing and going through the blue ship, with a drill in the front. It seems like I was floating away from the crash like a piece of debris.
