Blueprint failed to load cant paste ship

My ship from se1 that I modified in se 2 failed to load from blueprint menu I made a blueprint copy then destroyed the one I made a copy of when I tried to add it back in it failed to load it has a big orange X mark over it.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
