Getting Into the Game

TLDR: New game, first time opening V1.1, cannot press "ok" button to get to main title screen. Game restart did not fix.

Just purchase SE2 and downloaded on 3/9/25. Did not have a chance to try and open the game to play until today and there was already an update release. So, I updated the game and opened it. I was met with a page saying that a better driver (Microsoft Basic Render Driver) was detected compared to my GeForce 1050Ti. I read and attempted to click "ok" and nothing happened. I closed the game and reopened it and was able to click "ok" this time but then saw a page showcasing all the features of SE 2. There were some check boxes that I did not touch and I clicked "ok" to move on and nothing happened again. I tried to restart and the same issue occurred. It seems that I cannot move past the intro pages to get to the game's main menu. I also could not interact with any of the check boxes. Anytime a restart of the game occurred, I could now click away from the driver warning but never beyond that.
