"Loading Failed" World Cannot be loaded

Continuation / adjacent problem to my current open ticket related to partial copy and pasting. https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc/topic/45992-space-engineers-2-all-blocks-receiving-damage
Any partial copy and paste results in the game being unable to save. I attempted to force a save and it seems that it was partially successful but now the world cannot be opened.
