Flight Characteristics

Need More Information

It's been said a few times there is something that doesn't feel quite right with flying.... It was also suggested I submit the following here.

The original topics post:

https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc/topic/46282-flight-charatoristics

When flying fwd "W" and then utilizing simultaneous alternate directions "A" or "D" or "C" or "Space" or any combination of... the craft does not respond "as expected" until you let go of "W" where then the altering thrust seems to be able to take over....

It's kinda like sliding sideways on ice (multi direction input) then hitting gravel (releasing "W"). Then hitting "W" to continue in new direction. (... space drifting?!!!)

I hope I am able to articulate this well enough for recreation.

thank you for reading and consideration.

Hello Ryan ONeill,

Grids should now correctly respond to different directional input. Could you please confirm that is the case for you?

Please note that it is best to use a ship with exactly the same size and amount of thrusters on each side.

Kind Regards,
