AI BETA - separating a grid with merge blocks won't allow AI blocks to enable

I have a missile (large grid) attached to a carrier (also large grid) via a merge block. I'm using a time to turn off the merge block on the missile, turn on an overriden thruster, and turn on an AI combat (offensive) block.


When I trigger this missile manually after pasting it in on its own, it works. As soon as I launch it from another grid, the AI block is stuck in a disabled state.

I have a similar issue, a workaround i've found is to have the Ai Offensive and Ai Move switched off with the Ai Behaviour switched on for both. If your timer block switches the Blocks On rather than the Behaviour On it should work


This sometimes causes issues in other areas though
