O2/H2 Generator Consuming Ice When Connected to Hydrogen Engine

If a Hydrogen Generator is connected to a Hydrogen Engine at full capacity, the Hydrogen Generator will continue to consume Ice as if the Engine is not full.
Discovered this on DS, recreated in SP.
Can someone please try and recreate this? I'd like to know if it's just me.
