Modded Faction Icons Preview is Broken

While quickly putting together a faction icon for ARMCO I've noticed that modded faction icons work, but there preview in the Icon selection screen doesn't work. The icon can still be selected however it's square in the selection grid is empty and has no tooltip, the preview of the icon with it's background is just a vertical strip of the background.
Verified this is not from me missing something in the mod as when I copy the texture over to the games FactionLogo folder it works exactly as intended.
