[1.194.050] Publcitest - Armor block, voxel not showing

Fresh start, random scanerio, no mods, creative mode. Works the same on older saves.
Game do not draw/show voxels and some of the blocks, mainly armor blocks. Voxels and blocks still have hitboxes and can be placed but are not visible. few pictures of example.
I have the same bug
