Issue with the new economy update and contract block

There are now two types of contract appearing
Courier contract & acquisition contract
The acquisition contract won’t let me select
The sub menu for target block, item type, and amount
While the courier contract isn’t appealing for my multiplayer game as it isn’t hauling
What happened to the other contract types? Will they come back? Is this being worked on since the new economy update?
