I’m not sure how to get them on ps5 and it’s a friends server and yes there’s a couple mods installed

Could you please let us know if you're running the private server via Steam Dedicated Server Manager or an external service? If former, you'll have logs located in the C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated folder on the machine running the server. External services usually have guides on how to retrieve logs.

You could also try sending the logs directly from your console. Please follow these steps:

• Attempt to join the server and observe the crash
• Start the game again
• Press Triangle or F1 to open the Help Screen
• Navigate to the Send Log tab
• Enter any text in the text field, for example " Zackery Doster"
• Send the log
• Let us know that you have in this thread
