Build wheel bug when a wolf dies

As i was building on a ship and was going through the build wheel, a gattling type II turret just so happend to shoot a wolf as i was doing it and it closed the menu with no warning, uppon further testing it seems to do thay consistently, i am unable to verify if it's the same case with spiders or other turrets as of now
