Joining dedicated server on console takes a long time

Hi there, I recently started running a dedicated Space Engineers server on GTXgaming. It can take me (PS5) and my friend (Xbox One S) 5-25min to join the server which really is a moodkiller when you want to play together. I filed a bug report at GTX and they tested it with a PC and were able to join immediately and told us it's a know console bug. I don't run any mods, not a lot has been built and it's on default settings (apart from crossplay of course). It's stuck on "joining world" for that time. I see the peer2peer request appear immediately on the web console after trying to join, but then it's silent for a long time.
