Space Engineers Playstation Support Topic Bug

Playstation 4 wont connect to any of the official Space Engineers servers (SE1) (1.207.022 b0)

Need More Information

i have tried to join an official Space Engineers server but everytime i try it either crashes the moment i hit join, says its joining in the small grey loading box and then crashes, loads as if im joining and gets stuck at 50%, or loads till about 50% and then crashes. It even loaded and then showed the unloading world box. I have restarted the ps4, reinstalled the game (incase corrupt file or files), ive tried other official servers and its the same issue. Both my game and playstation system are up to date when i go and check for updates.

Hey is there any updates on this issue? I have tried a few times again to join but it just crashes again. I do not mean to rush just wondering if there is a fix or anything.

You mentioned that the game crashes, are you seeing any PlayStation system error message? Or does the loading just get interrupted and you remain within the game?

Hey thanks for the response yea it crashes and i get the playstation error code and when it doesnt crash itll just stop at a % and nothing happens. I will take a look at the playstation guide. Thank you and i hope you and everyone else at keen has a good rest of your day (or night depending on where keen is)

Thank you for the response. If PlayStation error guide doesn't help, could you please submit a log for us? Please follow these steps:

Reproduce the issue by attempting to connect
Restart the game after the crash
Navigate to the Help Screen via F1 or Triangle button from the Main Menu or Pause Menu
Select the Send Log tab
Fill any information in the text field and press Send Log
Post the same information you've put in the text field into this thread so we can find your log file

Thank you for the steps i have reproduced the issue and am sending a log right now. The info i put into the text field says "Game crashes when trying to join official server. Game and system have no updates."

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for the logs, we have received them.

We can recommend the following steps:

Turn the console fully off and unplug it from power for at least one minute
Reinstall the game, including deleting Saved Data fully. To preserve your saves/blueprints/scripts you can publish them to mod.io(private visibility is also available if needed)
If previous steps haven't helped, try rebuilding the database by following the steps in this PS guide:

If all else fails, reset your PS4 to the factory settings using Initialize PS4.
