game keeps freezing

Need More Information

2x now ive got about 5 hours in and my game will freeze in the same spot. did all troubleshooting, redownloaded game etc. always in the same area/timing each time. please help- i want to love this game if i can play it

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please let us know if the issue happens in Single Player or Multiplayer? If Single Player, could you please publish the world that's experiencing the issue to mod.io and share the link in this thread?

Hello Engineer,


Please follow these steps:

  • Save the game right before the issue appears
  • Exit the game
  • Proceed to the Load Game screen
  • Select the game
  • Press the Options button to publish
  • When he publishing process is over, post the link to this ticket
