Latency issues
Hello, I'm not going to go on some tirade about this game because I thoroughly enjoy it and I just want to play it. As of right now it's completely unplayable, I'm playing space engineers one and continuously I am being kicked for latency issues and lag and connectivity. I'll submit a photo of a report from my PlayStation I have anywhere from 530-1015 download speed and at max 80 upload and as little as 6.5 upload. I have contacted PlayStation and going through all their support that they've offered I have had the internet service provider out here for 7 hours looking at internet all my other devices connect correct and have anywhere from 600 to 700 on both up and down. This is the only game I play on my PlayStation 5. All other electronics in the house are turned off and there is not anything else connected to the router. I've even bought a low latency router thinking that would fix it. So I'm reaching out to you the makers of the game to figure out what's going on and how I can fix it. I am done over 25 DNS servers and entered in those four digit codes I have done AI answers I have done tech answers I have done FAQs and I have done everybody else's support and I have come up blank I'm getting this fixed. Really do enjoy the game maximum of 13 minutes at a time. Sometimes I can get two minutes but on average it's about five before I'm kicked.

The only thing I get to enjoy is flying around and marking mineral deposits because if I mine them or get into a battle or find anything interesting I'm going to get kicked due to latency issues and lose all my inventory yet again. So I have to be careful to take just the bare minimum as to not have yet more inventory sacrifice to the void of latency

I'm currently now floating through walls and space and through the Earth since this has happened before eventually I will respond back into something and I will die and then I'll respond back at the survival pod.

I was wrong was kicked for lost connection to host server, seeing as I can only reply once a minute I'm just going to stop replying until one of you say something about how to fix this hopefully.

Could you please let us know if you're playing via Lobby or on a Dedicated Server? If latter, is it an official server? If not, do you experience the same issue on official servers? What's your ping to that server?

I'm on an official server with tech support and I've already been through everything with them. I have also tried in the plain vanilla lobby. Only when I'm playing solo around midnight through 3:00 a.m. do I get to play with my longest times. I have sent in a service ticket with GTX gaming and ask them what the server ping is.

You can see the ping in Players menu, available via Radial Menu or F3 on the keyboard.
Since it's an official Keen server, could you let us know which one it is?

The previous video is when I play at early morning from like 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. . That's why I was videoing it from recording this is what it looks like from noon to 2:00 p.m. when there's higher volume on the servers

I've re upgraded my gaming router to an even more expensive one with a subscription. I'm holding stable with only 10 drops in the last 24 hrs scene too complex and latency still being the code.

By Official Servers we meant the ones hosted by Keen and named accordingly.
Unfortunately, seems like the issue is with an external service, please connect with GTX Gaming support instead, there's really nothing we can do from our side.

They still haven't given me my refund from trying to have a server with them that company is nothing but trash and a scam. I would find a better business partner. I'm getting sick of the issues because before I even had a server I was on the vanilla version of your game and still have these issues. To basically tell me it's somebody else's problem is letting me know that you're willing to pass the buck instead of doing anything about it. I have been cordial and understanding up until this point. I guess I'm going to have to go to the internet and put these videos on the internet for people to see that way they understand what kind of game they're actually buying. I'm $240 in just to try and play your game. I'm going to keep anybody else from having this experience whether it's beneficial or detrimental to your company is not my problem anymore. I have thoroughly tried to converse with you and every other organization involved in this. PlayStation has no support whatsoever, you're willing to pass the buck. Nitrado is unable to provide servers that actually work and unable to provide you a refund even after you've paid them. Yes I'm still experiencing them. Apparently I live in the middle of nowhere and has to travel from my town to hays Kansas then to Kansas City then to texas to reach a open play server. I feel I've exhausted every other possible avenue and I'm just going to have to play it all laggy. Just last night I got disconnected with possibly 4 reactors worth of parts and 3 jump drives worth of parts all gone as well as all my upgrades of gear and weapons. I've started only grabbing out what I need and backing up server before I even try to build anything substantial again. It's like having gremlins steal your stuff

Have you explored the options of playing in Lobby with your friends or a self-hosted server? If you've narrowed down your issue to the network, those could be viable options.

I've explained all of that previously. I'm no longer concerned. We just back up every 10 minutes to make sure it's safe. Is what it is. We already have done all of these Google answers. We did all the free options before we went to paying for it. No one's able to tell me anything I haven't been able to find myself.

Seems to be the skins I'm using are causing it to drop possibly. If I don't use the dlc paint skins like disco or wood it's more stable
