Need More Information

Gday mate got small issue rented a server through nitrado took forever to get it going but eventually I got it and found it on my PS5.

Next day my mates can't find it so I log on to invite them through the PSN menu all works fine that way but they still can't find the server through the join game menu so I look same thing but I'm the only one who can get back on the server through the continue menu

Ive uploaded few photos one of the server running , me in game through the continue menu and one of what happens when my friends and I search for the server then I added one showing the server being found on a Asus rog ally

I tried to solve the issue on my end but it seems to be a bug around consoles or ps5

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.

We've noticed that the server is in the Experimental mode. Could you please check that the console clients are also in Experimental mode? Otherwise the server would be hidden for them.

Hello Engineer,

Let's perform the following steps:

  • Check the ping to the server for each client trying to join. If ping exceeds 150ms, unfortunately they won't be able to see it in the Join Game menu. Ping can be observed in the players screen after you invite them through the PSN.
  • Reset each client's Join Game Advanced settings to Default

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for letting us know. Have you checked the server filter settings? If you server is protected by a password or has any other settings that are not selected in the filter, that could be the reason for the issue.

Could you also please tell us how many mods and of what size you have on the server?

Please also check that the game version corresponds with the server version as we've recently released a hotfix.

Kind Regards

All good the server has no password for ease of access reasons I've worked with the community in discord with dealing with the filter had no results but if I look for it on my Asus rog I can find it with default settings on eos.

Mod size is 297.0mb

Server is called UltraMegaOK if you want to test it for yourself

Hello Engineer,

Unfortunately on our side ping to the server you mentioned is over 300ms, so we've been unable to reproduce the issue directly. Could you please let us know if you're searching in the Join Game menu using the full server name or a partial? Additionally have you tried adding the server to favorites or using the History tab?

Kind Regards
