Ps4 online crash

I have tried creating a world online without mods and default settings and also changed the scenario type but still crashes when trying to play online. Also can't play on servers as it also causes a crash

Could you please let us know if the crash produces any PlayStation system error code?

Let's also try submitting logs.

• Reproduce the issue by launching an Online game or joining a server
• In the Main Menu press Triangle
• Select Send Log tab
• Enter some information into the window and press Send Log
• Enter the same information in this thread so we can find your logs in our internal system

No mods were used to create a world and only default settings, also tried other scenarios but kept crashing when trying to play online private or with friends. I also tested on multiple different ps4 and the problem kept happening
