Dlc not working

I bought the sparks of the Future pack on the playstation app.
When I look under the game it says that I have bought it and that it is installed.
When I want to build the atm trusters from the pack in the game it is still dark gray and says it is from a dlc, when in a blueprint it doesn't let me build it and gives no warning to why I can't build it.
I play it on ps4 and got the standard edition.
I restarted the game after the purchase
