It doesn't even just happen when reset happens.. it also happens just because I log out and log back in... the safe zone is supposed to stay on.. and now I come back to game and see my ship is destroyed, because of the stupid bugs in this game... is that enough information?

Hello Paul,

We reviewed each screenshot you sent, and it appears that you didn’t attach any screenshots of your Safe Zone power supply. We recommend checking if you have enough power to cover 200 meters of the Safe Zone. Additionally, make sure that the power supply is on the same grid as the Safe Zone.

If it helps, 1 MW = 1 Uranium per hour. 200 meters of Safe Zone requires 120 MW of power. This means you will need 2,880 Uranium ingots for 24 hours of Safe Zone operation.

Also, there’s one more thing to keep in mind: when you disable and then turn the Safe Zone back on, it takes 2 minutes to initialize before it grants safety.

I already know this... you wasted my time... I have over 7000+ uranium extra not to mention the 9000+ I have spread out in 4 reactors. Anything else you would like to make up? Or will someone be doing a real investigation?

Hi Paul,

We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as expected. We're here to help, and we’d appreciate keeping the conversation respectful so we can work through it together.

To get a better understanding of what’s going on, could you please share:

  1. Are you using 4 large reactors or 4 small reactors?
  2. What server you’re playing on, and your username there?

Sometimes it comes down to how different systems interact under certain conditions, so any extra detail can really help us pinpoint what’s happening.

Thanks,

Ludmila Danilchenko

I have 4 large reactors 2 small reactors 2 solar panels more than enough batteries.... your game is broken in more ways than one... you think you could fix one thing before selling more DLC. SE2 is going to be the biggest flop cause you couldn't even get SE1 correct.
