Contact dlc not added properly

Need More Information

I doubt this is on the Keen side of things; however, I was told multiple times to ask here regardless. I purchased the Contact DLC for Space Engineers. Despite that, it says in-game that the content must be purchased. However, when I go back to the PlayStation Store to try and redownload it, the store tells me that I have to repurchase the DLC.

We've been informed by the publishing department that unfortunately issues with purchases and refunds can only be solved on the PlayStation side.

We've noticed that your receipt says $3.49. We've checked and the price for Signal DLC in the US region is $4.99. Could you please check if your console and PlayStation Store are set to the correct region? It is possible that you're unable to see a DLC purchased in a different region.
