Need More Information

Hello! I just bought the game for PS4. However, it is almost impossible to play because it frequently dont load the save or can not even initiate a new one. It gets stuck at 44% or the system return with an error message.

I have the same bug

If their steps don't help, please try reinstalling the game.

Thanks for the initial instruction. Most of the times, the game loads until 44% and then it stops. Do you guys have seen this error before?

Unfortunately if the game experiences an error during the initial launch, there's not much we can do. We can recommend reinstalling. You can also follow these guides to restore console default settings and update system software:

Hello, Engineer!

Could you please let us know if the save you're attempting to load contains any mods?

If the issue happens when loading a save, please submit a log.

To submit a log please follow these steps:

Reproduce the issue and restart the game

In the Main Menu press Y

Select Send Log tab

Enter some information into the window and press Send Log

Enter the same information in this thread so we can find your logs in our internal system

Repeat for the other issue
