First law of physics ignored

Myself on PS5 and my Cousin on PC are not able to load our world with our stations and ships over lapping.
Sometimes it will take several reloads to get a load where our ships /stations do not occupy the same space at the same time.
Today it is well over dozens. So instead of playing the game I am reporting this bug.
