This thing is screwy! It didn't let me put in my problem. I'm doing the "Never Surrender Moon Mission, and am doing a repair contract, and I'm getting a "You have reached your PCU limit. I checked, and I still have over 90,000 left. Does any one else have this problem? Can it be fixed?

Just to clarify, in your situation the faction that owns the grid that you're attempting to repair, ran out of PCU.
If you're playing the Never Surrender mission on Single Player, you could try using Admin Tools/Ignore PCU limits. Please let us know if this helps in your particular case.
