Jump drive won't jump from first time or won't jump at all, 1.205.026 b0 RETAIL, EOS EU #3, PS

I'm playing on official server EOS EU #3 Playstation , suddenly today my jump drive started no jumping from first time then it increased until now it won't jump at all, everything is working normally thrusters and power,


I restarted my router and relogged again and still the same.

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please let us know what your current ping to the server is? Are you experiencing the same issue if you try jumping in Single Player, for example in the Red Ship scenario?

Hi, sorry for late response , my ping always in normal condition and when this issue happened 140, and this issue never happened in single play mode

So to confirm, the issue was present when ping was higher than normal and reached around 140? Has the issue repeated since? What's the normal ping to that server for you?

We'd like to point out that normally our server filters are configured to not show servers that exceed ping of 150. While 140 is not over that limit, it's very close and could possibly be the reason for desynchronization.

Hi,

Well normal ping for me is 138-140 in this server, this issue happened while connection was normal and the ping was 140,


Also it was odd, And I couldn't reproduce it again it just happens sometimes maybe something causes desynchronization but it's not on my end,


I know this issue is hard to find the cause for it

without checking the logs for the exact moment it happens, but I felt obligated to let you guys know about it, it's not that urgent.
