servers are still not working properly
I have spoke with Sony had their assistance go through the way my counsel is operating everything is fantastic their words you know nothing's wrong with it I spoke with my internet provider they went through everything they have no records of my net going through any fluctuations dropping anything everything still maxed out because I'm paying for top of the line Internet I have run out of possibilities of the problem not being on your guy's side I have literally spent weeks on doing all of this I have told you guys that I have done all of this and have gotten extremely frustrated because I cannot play on servers with friends or my children not all of us have PlayStations okay local play isn't really going to function for that so what is being done or what can be done to fix the issues that are still plaguing people and I am now starting to find out that it's not just PlayStation that are going through these issues I have friends on PC that are experiencing this IT issues and friends on Xbox that are experiencing these issues it just seems to be plaguing PlayStation more than any other council and again I have gone through PlayStation to see if my systems malfunctioning in any way whatsoever it is not it is an excellent working order I have gone through my internet provider to see if there is anything that would stop or cause these issues we have reconfigured my router several times even though there was nothing wrong to begin with but I now have the max abilities that I could have on this router so it's not coming from my side unless you have some other idea that does not involve my counsel or my internet it has to be on your side and it would seriously be appreciated if all of us could play the game that we paid for but if you have some other idea of what could be causing it and you still don't think it's on your side by all means please tell me and then explain to me how I'm supposed to take care of said problem but again it's definitely not my net and it has nothing to do with my counsel because both are in incredible working order I have speeds that are psychotic and I'm not experiencing any type of these problems with any other game

I have repeatedly provided screenshots where any server whatsoever I join I deal with the same thing over and over and it's Non-Stop this is information I've already sent it so I will go out of my way yet again to get pictures showing the same problems still existing still present so there's no way that you guys don't know about this because I've repeatedly spoken and seen other players reporting the exact same problems non-stop streaming non-stop connection problems constantly being kicked out of the game or loading into the game to nothing but a background picture of space and then being kicked out of the game

right after that I died due to a collision when I wasn't moving and loaded into a blank background of space no asteroids nothing and it stayed this way for a good while and then kicked me

server name is keen us eos number 4 EOS 0002cfd2fa774014-8618c6dc4bcc 7c it's one of the official servers and there's no mods and I'm still going through the same thing but again regardless of what server I'm using which I use the official ones they all state Keen something and all of them do the same thing for me exactly the same thing just this is the one that my friends found was the most stable at this point but they go through the same thing and they're on PC and Xbox

also I've been noticing the more that people are on the worse it gets I've been sitting here with six people on the server and just constantly keep getting server not responding no data from server connection problem after connection problem I mean the connection problem is normal but the amount of lag and everything else that's happening is getting way worse from going from five people to six people increase the problem 1,000 fold

using Wi-Fi is even worse and it's not just number four if you had read I said that that was the stabilist out of all the servers I can at least connect to it and be on for a few minutes where the other servers just instantaneously kick me off and my system is directly connected to the modem because again Wi-Fi is a no-go I can't connect whatsoever it's attaching connect and spending hours upon hours upon hours upon hours upon hours of just attempting to join a world and sitting there where it says waiting for server to respond and then not even loading in but then being sent back to the main screen where it says attempting to reconnect for Wi-Fi so again I'm not suffering from pocket loss okay it has nothing to do with my stuff I've already had it checked out I continuously monitor the speed of it it's something to do with the servers they used to work okay when the game first came out no problems whatsoever it was fantastic I was finally able to play a game I enjoyed playing and was able to play with my friends and then you guys started adding stuff that wasn't really needed granted it's nice to have but again without a functioning game what is the point of working on new stuff it's not on my end you guys keep trying to push that off onto the consumers it's not on our end okay we're not the ones experiencing the problem in the past few days of attempting to do all this I'm constantly receiving messages that says your guys' servers are not responding they are not working and it's not just me even in the chat people are saying the same thing yay another server not responding message and again so I'm clear this happens with every single dedicated server and other services well but I blame that on you know the the actual other people but I'm using a dedicated server and still suffering from the same stuff so again had you read all the stuff I've gone through everything okay there is nothing wrong on my end at all I can play games that use more and are harder on my system are harder on my internet and they work perfectly and I'm talking about multiplayer online games that have way better graphics you can see people way off in the middle of nowhere and beautiful trees with actual leaves and actual grass not just a flat leaf like thing and the graphics are outstanding and playing online with hundreds of people at a time and I have no problems this game doesn't take what the other games I've been playing demand of my system and demand of my internet it is this game your guys is dedicated servers do not work they are not responding properly but again I'll State this again I have gone through with Sony and verify that my system could not function any better I have verified that my internet is always running at least 800 MB a second and no drop off I have a monitor that actually tells me the continuous speed of it and you guys keep putting it on the consumers it's not the consumers all of my stuff works fantastic no issues but space engineers and again the game used to work before you guys started adding things and then it just started going downhill and has continued to do so and it gets to the point now where with the constantly jump around okay do you as a company play a video game and enjoy constantly having to start over I've used every server and spent weeks trying to build simple things every single dedicated server is exactly the same way complete garbage my friends now play on four because they found it was the one that they had the least amount of issues on and I agree with them from the other service that I've played on I can actually do stuff on this or it takes forever and it's a huge pain in the butt but I can accomplish something whereas on other servers it's a thousand times worse it is the servers
