We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.
As far as we're aware, UI size is set to the maximum available value on PlayStation.
You could check if Display Area is set to the full size of your display device or TV. That setting is located under system "Settings" > "Sound and Screen" > "Display Area Settings".
We can also recommend using PS4's Zoom feature, it's located in the Accessibility tab of Settings.
