Textures not rendering properly

I’ve noticed various armor skins are not loading properly. Thus far I’ve only noticed it on armor blocks. I’ll attach my findings as pictures.

Textures are sometimes downgraded for performance reasons depending on the contents of you current view. Could you please let us know which console you're playing on?
